The bracelet is size 7.5 which is a standard size for most women.

The set also includes a colorful saying on a glossy card stock to accompany the beautiful bracelet.

Please note this bracelet is made with natural stones and each stone is unique. Therefore, please allow for minor differences in shape and color between each bead.

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR WRIST

Wrap a paper or fabric measuring tape around your wrist, positioned where you would normally wear a bracelet. Overlap the tape measure and where the end intersects if your wrist measurement.
For best fit:

- Comfortable - add ¾ inch.
- Loose – add 1 inch.

HOW DO I USE DIFFUSER BRACELETS TO DIFFUSE ESSENTIAL OILS?
The diffuser bracelet is perfect for diffusing essential oils. Add 1-2 drops of your favorite essential oil to the black lava rock beads. Once applied, give time for the oils to dry and absorb before wearing them. Once the oils have dried, you can wear your bracelet and enjoy to benefits of essential oils. Reapply as needed.
